WHY UNDIVO
Trucking insurance runs on public records, safety data and carrier rules. Undivo connects all three.
Most programs still move applications through email, spreadsheets and portals that do not talk to each other. Undivo replaces that with one system where the application, the evidence, the rating and the signature belong to the same record.
INTAKE
Start from what is already on record.
A DOT number pulls registration, officers, observed fleet VINs, filing history and years in business into the application. Applicants confirm instead of retyping.
DOT lookup and VIN decoding
Autosave and resume
Carrier-branded links with expiry
UNDERWRITING
Rate with the safety picture attached.
Dated inspection, violation, crash and out-of-service evidence sits beside the declared schedule. Your rating program explains every credit, debit, minimum and bound.
Underwriting flags and focus areas
Versioned per-unit rating programs
Quote preparation with separate approval
CONTROL
Keep the carrier in charge.
Publish intake requirements, agreements and rates as numbered versions. Producers work inside those rules; brokers see only their own agency’s cases.
Server-enforced carrier and agency scope
Immutable submissions with audit trail
Mandatory MFA for staff
HOW IT WORKS
From DOT number to signed application, in one system.
Four stages, one record. Every step below runs in the Undivo workspace today.
START FROM THE DOT NUMBER
One lookup fills what the applicant would otherwise retype.
Company identity, officers, fleet VINs, filing history and years in business populate from the public record. The applicant confirms, corrects and adds what only they know. Lisa guides the rest by voice or text.

Gracias. Leo el número 3673867. ¿Es correcto? Si dice que sí, lo guardo y busco los datos de su empresa.
“Sí, correcto.”

MEET LISA
The intake assistant that speaks your applicant’s language.
Lisa answers insurance questions, proposes values for supported fields by voice or text, confirms a DOT number aloud and runs the lookup. She follows the language the applicant speaks, without a selector.

Every proposed change is reviewed by the applicant before it saves
Cannot sign, submit, bind coverage, change rating rules or collect bank details
Applications carry FEINs, driver licenses, loss runs and bank connections. Undivo is designed so that access is decided on the server, records cannot be silently rewritten, and sensitive fields stay masked until someone with a reason reveals them.
Undivo is an operations platform for commercial trucking insurance. It handles guided intake, FMCSA-sourced safety evidence, carrier-configured rating, quote preparation, e-signature and client records in one workspace. It is built by Wrab Tech and is not an insurance carrier.
Who is it for?
Insurance carriers, managing general agents and risk retention groups that write trucking business, the brokers and agents appointed with them, and the trucking businesses applying for coverage. Each role gets its own workspace with access scoped on the server.
Can we use our own rates and requirements?
Yes. Carrier administrators publish versioned intake settings and per-unit rating programs with fleet tiers, safety rules, minimums and final bounds. Undivo ships with no rates of its own.
How does Undivo help us grow?
Undivo’s AI takes on the repetitive work around every application: collecting details, checking them and preparing the case for review. Your team handles more submissions, turns them around faster and serves applicants in five languages, without adding back-office staff.
How does Lisa help an applicant?
Lisa explains insurance questions, proposes values for supported fields by voice or text, runs the DOT lookup on request and moves between sections. Applicants review every proposed change. Lisa cannot sign, submit, bind coverage, change rating rules or collect bank credentials.
Does an estimate mean coverage is in force?
No. An estimate explains a carrier-configured price and any available payment illustration. Quote release, acceptance, payment and coverage depend on the carrier’s approvals, configuration and applicable terms.
How is our data protected?
Mandatory multi-factor authentication for staff, server-enforced carrier and agency scoping, immutable submission revisions with audit events, malware scanning on every upload, encrypted telematics credentials and masked sensitive fields. See the Security page for the full list.
